At Warehouse Eighty Eight, we’re more than just an electrical services provider—we’re innovators, problem-solvers, and partners in progress. Our journey began with a clear vision: to set new standards in commercial fit-outs, electrical compliance, and cutting-edge installations.
But let’s rewind…
Sam and Ed first crossed paths in 2017 at SSE Commercial, specialising in commercial office fit-outs and major installations across key locations, including Stansted, Southend, and London City Airports. Over the years, their careers took them on separate journeys, refining their expertise in different sectors of the electrical industry.
Ed transitioned to Multitech, where he took on the role of Contracts Supervisor, overseeing large-scale site temporary installations with an impressive £10 million turnover. Meanwhile, in 2022, Sam moved on to Guardian Electrical Compliance, one of the UK’s largest compliance firms with a £36 million turnover, working with major blue-chip clients like Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Tesco, Müller, Nestlé, and GSK.
Fate had its own plans, and in 2024, Ed and Sam reunited at Foster & Allen—one of London’s leading design and build M&E contractors for office workspaces. Working alongside industry leaders, they contributed to high-end projects across the UK and Europe, further honing their skills in delivering top-tier commercial fit-outs.
With years of experience and a shared drive to push boundaries, Warehouse Eighty Eight was born—bringing together expertise, innovation, and a passion for delivering exceptional electrical solutions.
Today, we continue to build on that foundation, offering bespoke commercial fit-outs, electrical compliance, and future-ready installations that power businesses forward.
